Captain Dirrk Reich has fished professionally around the world at such destinations as Costa Rica, Mexico and the Bahamas. He is knowledgable in a variety of fishing techniques and utilizes this knowledge to the fullest.

Captain Dirrk Reich has fished the waters of the Florida Keys since he was a child. He is a second generation pro, as his father was also a charter boat Captain here in Islamorada at the very same Whale Harbor Marina. Offshore fishing is certainly in his blood. Fishing is a way of life for him and he certainly posesses a great passion for the sport.

Captain Dirrk Reich also has a proven track record as a tournament winner. Having either won or placed in most tournaments he has participated in, his resume as a competetive fisherman has plenty of depth. He is the four time winner of the Islamorada Sailfish Tournament and has trophies from the Islamorada Junior Sailfish Tournament, the Bertram/ Hatteras Shootout, the Key Largo Dolphin Tournament and the annual Islamorada Bartenders Tournament; just to name a few.
